Hen and Stag Day

As we both have so many mutual friends, and also so many friends with children we thought we'd do a fun day rather than a traditional hen or stag night.

We started off with lunch at the Boardwalk (didn't take any photos). Next stop, meet up with some other people at the pier before heading off on the Volks railway to play Adventure Golf.

We headed back to the Pier and spent a couple of hours at the fairground on the pier - go karting, the turbo roller coaster, the Crazy Mouse rollercoaster (one of the most frightening I've ever been on) and then into the amusement arcade to play some arcade games.

Then on to Curve for an early dinner (so that the children could come too). We finished in time to go and stand near the pier and watch the fireworks (which started off poor, but got better) before ending the night with a pint in The Prodigal.

Thanks to everyone who came and played with us. We had a fun day and hope you all did too.
